Elaine J. Morfogen, 86, of Glen Rock, formerly of New York and Teaneck, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Elaine graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from William Paterson University, furthering her education she obtained her Master's Degree from Columbia University. She was a retired first grade school teacher from the Parkway School in Paramus. She was a loving, caring, giving, positive person and brought joy to all who knew her. Elaine was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Wyckoff. Elaine was predeceased by her parents Christine and James Morfogen, brothers George and James Morfogen. Elaine was the loving Aunt to Kristine and Alexander John Morfogen and Great Aunt to Cole and Samantha Carlberg. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elaine’s memory may be made to the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
