Obituary for James Keyes
KEYES, James, 81, of Fair Lawn on November 11, 2022. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he had lived in Saddle Brook before moving to Fair Lawn in 1998. He served in the Coast Guard honorably. Before his retirement in 2021 James was a machinist with Pace Packaging in Fairfield. James was a member of the New York Society of Model Engineers.
James was the beloved son of the late James and Margaret Keyes. Dear brother of Kathy Burghgraef and her husband Nick of Monroe New Jersey, Eileen Kenney and her husband Marty of Elmwood Park, Judy Keyes of Mahwah and Jackie Keyes of Vermont. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and one great nephew.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 4 - 8 PM at Vander Plaat Colonial Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James memory to the American Cancer Society.
