Jennifer Anne Whalen, 52, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. Jennifer was born in the Bronx, New York, and lived in Fair Lawn most of her life. She was a 1987 graduate of Fair Lawn High School. After graduating from Katharine Gibbs School she worked as a secretary for Key Handling Systems, NCH Corp, and State Farm Insurance.

Jennifer became a passionate, loving and devoted full time homemaker to her two children. She was a tireless advocate, fighting to get the best care for them. Her determination was a powerful example for all who were privileged to know her.

Jennifer was a parishioner of St Anne’s RC Church in Fair Lawn. For several years she and her husband were part of the Pre-Cana ministry, showing by example marital love and loyalty.

Jennifer was the beloved wife of Daniel Whalen for almost 28 years. A devoted mother to Kathleen and Daniel Whalen. She also leaves behind her sister Jessica Lauver and her brother Jack Curley. She is predeceased by her father and mother, John and Jane Curley. Her friends and entire family, including aunts and uncles, cousins, many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews will remember and miss her forever.
