MC PARTLAND, Marilyn (Alaimo), age 77 of Saddle Brook, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. She was born in New York, NY to Samuel and Evelyn (Chaskin) Alaimo. After graduating from high school, Marilyn went on to receive a master’s degree in Education. She worked as an Executive Assistant for Fairleigh Dickinson in Teaneck from 1987 – 2017. Marilyn was a devoted parishioner of St. Philip’s RC Church in Saddle Brook. She was involved in several prayer groups, the Rosary Altar Society, and became a eucharistic minister. In her spare time, Marilyn loved the outdoors. She loved participating in the game of pickle ball, and especially enjoyed bicycling and walking outdoors.

Loving wife of 52 years to her husband Frank Mc Partland of Saddle Brook. Devoted mother to William and Robert Mc Partland. She also leaves behind her brother Anthony Alaimo. Marilyn is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and she was a dear, close friend to so many that will miss her dearly.

Family and friends may visit the Mc Partland family on Friday, February 10, 2023, from 3-7 PM at Vander Plaat Colonial Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn. Funeral mass to be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 10 AM at St. Philip’s RC Church, 488 Saddle River Road, Saddle Brook. Private cremation to follow.
