Obituary for Maureen Pouch
Maureen Pouch of Midland Park, N.J. passed away on Friday, March 24th, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at the young age of 71.
She had an immense love for animals, especially horses, and was an equestrian enthusiast and absolutely loved riding her horse as a youth. But undoubtably her favorite pastime was simply spending time with her family. She could never get enough. She loved to chat about anything and everything. Her genuine happy demeanor expressed itself through her humor and funny quips. She knew how to brighten the mood at just the right moments. Humor was her second language and she was fluent. She loved to cook and bake and it wouldn’t be a stretch to call her an amateur chocolatier. Maureen loved to share her time with her late husband Frank enjoying delicious homemade meals while watching their favorite T.V. shows. She really enjoyed following her favorite sports teams, especially the N.Y. Yankees and the N.Y. Giants. She also loved to go out with her mother and listen to live music at their favorite restaurant. She was enthusiastic about celebrating all holidays and looked forward to surprising her grandchildren with fun and unique animatronic toys. Maureen will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Maureen is survived by her cherished children Craig, Sean, his wife Elisha, Kristin and Dan; four grandchildren Madelyn, Tyler, Owen and Wesley; brother Brian, sister Cherie and her mother Helen.
