Robert Steven Kuczik, Sr., age 95, of Saddle Brook, NJ, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022. Born in Passaic County, he resided in Saddle Brook most of his life, and married Bernadette on July 2, 1950. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during World War II. He spent his career as an Aeronautical Engineer at Curtis-Wright and Plant Manager at Technical Oil.

Robert cherished his cars and his NY Yankees. Family holidays always included his freshly baked bread, his apple pie, and tinkering with family members’ car. He was known for a hanky in his pocket and a Yankees baseball cap on his head.

A Loving, devoted and proud father of four to Robert Kuczik, Jr., his wife Lauren Woods, Jeanine Savello her husband David, Judi Ritchie, Jon Kuczik, his wife Michele; adored grandfather of Matthew Ritchie, his wife Jess, David Ritchie, his wife Nickesha, Caitlin Ritchie, Kevin Ritchie, Casey Kuczik, Meredith Kuczik, Elizabeth McNiel, her husband Brian, David Lapinsky, his wife Emily Snyder, Caroline Savello, her husband Andrew Ofstad, Alexander Savello, his wife Alexandra Pill, Melissa Vanegas, her husband Jorge, Kimberly Diffin, her husband Joe, and J.P. Kuczik; cherished great-grandfather of Eva, Calvin, Maya Ritchie, Bowden Kuczik-Reed, Orion Bridrijo Kuczik, and Giancarlo Vanegas.

Brother of predeceased Margaret, Irene, Lillian and Andrew. Beloved son of Andrew and Susan Kuczik.
